Create My Mantsinen Summer Competition

Cooper Handling, in partnership with Mantsinen Group are pleased to announce the launch of “Create My Mantsinen” summer competition to keep your little ones entertained this half term.  Budding artists and designers are invited to create a model, drawing, painting or sculpture of their favourite Mantsinen hydraulic crane and enter them on our Facebook group, “Create My Mantsinen Summer Competition” for a chance to win one of 12 new Mantsinen 300 scale model cranes as well as overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes including a family trip to Alton Towers.  All winning designs will be featured in a charity calendar at the end of the year with all profits raised from the sale of the calendar to be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust, which is the country’s leading centre for treating sick children.

Chris Barnes, Cooper SH Sales Director said: “As ever, at Cooper Handling, being a family run business is important to us.  The inspiration for this competition came from my own experience as a parent, having watched my youngest daughter create an amazing Lego model of a Mantsinen crane.  The enthusiasm which she displayed in creating her Mantsinen, which plays such a big part in my capacity at Cooper’s, resonated with me.”

Chris continued, “Therefore, the idea of the “Create My Mantsinen” summer competition was born to inspire children’s creativity during the summer holidays, and to use this opportunity to raise vital funds for such an amazing charity as Great Ormond Street Hospital, left little doubt in my mind that this competition had to be brought to life.”

Entry to the competition will close on the 31st August 2019 and all winners will be chosen by Mia Mantsinen, CEO of Mantsinen Group.  Please ensure that your child’s first name, age and which model of Mantsinen they have created is on their entry. Email entries will also be accepted by sending them to info@cooperhandling.com.  We really hope you and your little ones enjoy creating their Mantsinen cranes this summer and look forward to the seeing all their wonderful creations.
