“H9” technology is initially available for model size 4531. The benefit to you: Machinery-related costs per container are 15 % lower than those of a standard reach stacker; the savings are achieved by increasing the number of containers moved and reducing fuel consumption.
The technology:
+ Energy recovery through additional lifting cylinders on the boom and large hydraulic accumulators
+ SANY lightweight grab on the boom, with corresponding reduction in counterweight
+ Package of measures within the travel drive to further increase efficiency
+ Approx. 15% savings in machine costs per container (including fuel, maintenance, machinery depreciation)
+ Hydropneumatic system for boom energy recovery with toplift spreader
